Q:  HOW DO I GET STARTED IN MODELING AND/OR ACTING WITH ENTOURAGE MODEL & TALENT AGENCY?

A:  First, you would need to call the Agency (210-733-5007) and schedule a time to come in for an interview.  You will need to bring 3-5 recent photos of yourself (or of a child, if you’re calling on behalf of a child) and also an information sheet which includes: Name, Address, Phone Number(s), Email Address, Height, Weight, Hair Color, Eye Color, All Clothing Sizes and Shoe Size.  List any previous experience, or training classes for modeling or acting that you have already taken, or classes that you are currently attending.  Include a brief biography about yourself (or your child).  The interviews usually take about 15-20 minutes.

Q:  DO I NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OR MODELING CLASSES IN ORDER TO GET ACCEPTED WITH ENTOURAGE?

A:  No, you do not need previous experience in order to work for Entourage as a Model.  However, if you are wanting to do Acting, then yes, you need either to have taken acting classes for Films/Movies, or have already acted in a Film with a speaking role.  As far as anything else is concerned, you do not need any previous experience.  At jobs, they always tell you what they want you to do, and you simply follow directions. 

Q:  FOR WHAT TYPES OF MODELING JOBS DO YOU MARKET MODELS?

A: We market our Models in the areas of: Print Ads (magazines, posters, brochures, billboards, editorial, and newspaper ads), TV Commercials, Music Videos, Fashion Shows, Hair Shows, Conventions/Trade Shows, Radio Commercials, Promotional Work, and Spokes Modeling.

Q:  FOR WHAT TYPES OF ACTING JOBS DO YOU MARKET ACTORS?

A:  We market actors in the areas of: Feature Films, Television Movies, TV Series, and Soap Operas.  You do need to have previous experience in one of these areas, or currently be taking acting classes.

Q:  DO YOU OFFER ANY CLASSES?

A:  We do not offer any modeling or acting classes. However, there are places around the state of Texas that do offer classes, so it would be best to check your local phone book or the internet for listings.

Q:  IF I AM ACCEPTED BY ENTOURAGE AND AM OFFERED A CONTRACT, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?

A:  If you already have your Modeling/Acting photos professionally printed on composite cards or 8x10 headshots, and if they are recent, then the answer is no, as long as we feel we can market you properly using them.  If you don’t already have them, then we do offer photography and the printing of the composite cards and/or headshots through Entourage.  You would be obligated to pay for that, since the photos would belong to you.

 Q:  HOW DO I GET AUDITIONS/JOBS IF I AM WITH ENTOURAGE?

A:  We send out composite cards/headshots to our clients to show them who is available for work.  Clients also refer to our website to see photos of a lot of the models and actors.  We receive calls on a regular basis from clients needing people for jobs.  We also make  calls searching for new auditions and jobs for our people.  Entourage sets up all of the auditions, all of the jobs, where to go, at what time, what to wear, etc. Your only job would then be to show up on time and do your best job possible!

Q:  DO YOU DEAL WITH PAGEANTS, MUSICIANS, OR SINGERS?

A:   No, we only deal in the areas of Modeling and Acting. 

Q:  AT WHAT AGE DO YOU START REPRESENTING CHILDREN?

A:  We start representing children at the age of 1 year.  Interviews with parents/guardians and photo shoots for the children between the ages of 1-4 years old are held twice a year, once in January and once in July.  You would need to call the Agency and get on the mailing list in order to receive the information packet that is sent out 2 weeks prior to the interviews. 
Children 5 years old and older are interviewed approximately once every 4-6 weeks. 

Q:  AM I TOO OLD FOR MODELING?

A:  Sometimes the most popular age that clients are looking for are people 35-70 years old.  That age bracket doesn’t have a lot of people in the Industry, so there’s not a lot of competition.  So, if you’re in that age bracket and have some free time, then it would definitely be worth the effort to call and schedule an interview with us!

Q:  HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS INVOLVE, AND CAN I STILL GO TO SCHOOL OR HAVE A FULL-TIME JOB?

A:  Involvement in Modeling or Acting does not require a full-time commitment.  There is not enough work in San Antonio, Texas, to make this your full-time job, nor does it go on all the time where you would have to get out of school every other day.  Clients are usually very considerate when trying to schedule things after school as well as trying to work around people’s work schedules.  Most TV Commercials take all day to shoot, so you would definitely need to have a flexible personal schedule in order to do that.
